Please be advised that worn jewelry, sized or modified jewelry, or custom pieces can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Luckey’s Jewelers offers a 10-day return policy for a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping and handling fees to return the item. The 10-day period begins when your order is delivered to you and is valid until the day that the shipping company receives your return.
If you miss the 10-day window for a refund, you have up to 30 days after the original purchase date to exchange your item or return your item for an in-store credit.
